Refund Policy

At Soccer Lounge Miami, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our players and guests. We understand that plans can change, so we’ve outlined our refund and cancellation policies below to keep things fair and transparent.

 

Field Rentals

  • Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled rental will receive a full refund or credit.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking are non-refundable.

  • No-Shows: No refunds or credits will be issued for missed bookings without prior notice.

 

Leagues & Tournaments

  • Withdrawal Before Start: A full refund will be provided if you withdraw at least 7 days before the league or tournament begins.

  • After Start Date: No refunds will be issued once the league or tournament has started, including for missed games or team forfeits.

  • Team Cancellations: Team registration fees are non-refundable after scheduling is completed.

 

Events & Parties

  • Private Events: Deposits for private event bookings are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future date if rescheduled at least 72 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations: Full payments made for parties/events are refundable if canceled at least 72 hours in advance.

 

Merchandise & Products

  • Returns: Unused, unopened merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

  • Exclusions: Items that are worn, used, or not in original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

 

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear on your account.
